DT-S1-IV CNC router is professional panel furniture production machine. It can complete automatic cut groove ,automatic reaming, automatic cutting,automatic push board functions. Get rid of the dependence of manual of traditional board material cutting mode and realize intelligent production which have advantage of save labor,save materials,save time.
- Adopt Taiwan SYNTEC control system , G code reading rapidly, operation stability, interface simply and learn easily.
- Dual inverter pre -start come true one spindle switch to another spindle almost in zero second in order to improve working efficiency.
- Adopt Japan Yaskawa motor and driver and Shimpo reduction gears have advantage of large torque,fast speed,high stability.
- Equip with automatic tool setting device let operator not only more convenient and fast operate the machine but also ensure the machining accuracy.
- Positioning cylinder total have 5 sets:Y axis have 3 sets and X axis have 2 sets that form a right angle insure accuracy of secondary positioning when processing both sides of the board.
- Equip with automatic pushing material device once finished will pushing the material out and come true secondary dust collection at same time.
Applicable industry: panel furniture, whole house customization,PVC cabinet door, window and door.
